Secondhand serenade - Your call

Done with reciting Quran. While reading it, ( can't find the correct word i'll just use both ), Al- Baqarah, i sudden felt, 'why is this so personal?' and the moment i turn to look at the meaning, i know Allah do help me. Like seriously. You know what, i tell ya. These days i have to make real big decision and i just dont have any idea how to solve the matters. The meaning says,

يٰأَيُّهَا الَّذينَ ءامَنُوا استَعينوا بِالصَّبرِ وَالصَّلوٰةِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الصّٰبِرينَ ﴿١٥٣﴾ وَلا تَقولوا لِمَن يُقتَلُ فى سَبيلِ اللَّهِ أَموٰتٌ ۚ بَل أَحياءٌ وَلٰكِن لا تَشعُرونَ ﴿١٥٤﴾ وَلَنَبلُوَنَّكُم بِشَيءٍ مِنَ الخَوفِ وَالجوعِ وَنَقصٍ مِنَ الأَموٰلِ وَالأَنفُسِ وَالثَّمَرٰتِ ۗ وَبَشِّرِ الصّٰبِرينَ﴿١٥٥  

153. O you who believe! Seek help in patience and As-Salat (the prayer). Truly! Allah is with As-Sabirin (the patient ones, etc.).

154. And say not of those who are killed in the Way of Allah, "They are dead." Nay, they are living, but you perceive (it) not.

155. And certainly, We shall test you with something of fear, hunger, loss of wealth, lives and fruits, but give glad tidings to As-Sabirin (the patient ones, etc.).
